No, the guns are not mirrored if indeed they were designed as left-handed guns. The strange behavior described is because they are LH gun models put in a RH configuration. That means the things being showcased like shells ejecting into your field of view and reloading a bolt action rifle toward your face are intentional design choices.
ironicaly he moddeled them as right handed guns and then they were mirrord to be lefthanded guns in the right hand so technicaly counterstrike ops uses their guns wrong
