Hitman WoA is probably my favorite stealth game of all time. This is an automatic buy from me on day one.

I like that this is about when bond goes from secret agent to 00 agent, so this is way at the start of the bond story, so it will be interesting to see what direction they take with what time period it is set in.

Didn’t have a new 007 game on my bingo card, this could be huge. Imagine it’s cross-platform and we get an awesome multiplayer experience like Golden Eye (or Nightfire, that was lit too). I yearn soooo hard.

Interesting, they chose the prequel route. I guess the game will portray the 50s (when the author published the first novel) or maybe 40s. Saying that, James Bond was never about stealth in the classic sense, as a fan of the subgenre, I am genuinely curious to see how the Hitman formula will translate to a character who just open fire and try to be flamboyant as possible. Every time the Hitman series tried to add gunplay elements, it was terrible

looking at the god awful monetization and DLC shit in hitman world of assassination, i don’t have too high hopes for this game. i don’t really trust that io interactive studio in that regard
