No it’s still useless unless it’s used on a vehicle

Shit only disables trucks too. Feel like I’m better off using something with lock on.

A direct headshot with an RPG (tested in the firing range, could be different in certain modes) is 75 damage.
You can punch, mele or pistol your opponent x100 faster than firing and reloading an RPG on a full plated player
Which is fucking stupid. Call me old fashioned but a direct hit from an RPG should kill you, full stop

I got bad news for you.
Game is already headed back to pre-verdansk.

Is there a third person mode now?

Raven don’t like fun.

Makes no sense yesterday and earlier today it was one shot including vehicles. Now it disables vehicles one shot. SMH

Good rpg shouldn’t be in game in my point of view

I love how they bring verdansk back, gave us some of the things that made verdansk good, we say yay it’s fun, then they think that removing exactly that would make the game better.

So what happened here was you managed to hit the backdrop of props behind the dude in a way that blocked the splash damage for him.
I’ve seen it happen multiple times even with the crazy splash radius of javelins, they hit one of those funny roof vents in a way that somehow negated all damage a teammate *should* have received but didn’t.
Ignore the rest of the people talking because an rpg’s splash at the inner radius does around 220-ish damage, unless it’s a direct hit, then it’s a down.
All vehicles aside from the large, beefy truck and the more armored hmmv looking thing get absolutely blown to shit on any hint of an inner-radius hit, and splash damage at all disables them. The truck needs two-to-three to be blown up to account for it’s large HP pool, and the hummer either needs a direct hit to be blown up directly, or be otherwise damaged, but any glancing hits disable it outright.
So in short, they’re still good, props just fuck with the splash hardcore, depend on flat surfaces for maximum reliability, like the ground or bare walls.
