OG Captain Price is the best.
Old because he is a consistent badass in those games.
I loved new price in mw19. But mw2 and mw3 I feel the actor is overacting with the deep voice. And do not get me started about the gas scene in mw3. What whas even that?
Does it even matter? Both are badass
