get one of those anime boobie mousepads and rest your hand on it.
what’s happening is the constant pressure on that area restricts blood flow, your skin will start to die a lot faster in that area.
Let it heal fully or it’ll scar and then try to adjust how you use the mouse or get a wrist rest.

That’s probably a stage 1 pressure injury. Google stage 4 pressure injuries to find out your final fate if you don’t offload.
Edit: reassessed looks like stage 1.

Make sure your chair/armrest are properly aligned aka support above table top. Many have taken to using large desk pads and no kb tray, but haven’t lowered the desk to compensate. So their arm ends up at almost a 30 to 45 degree angle off the desk, putting a very high pressure point right on wrist as whole arm weight hangs from the two high points shoulder and hand, this is bad.

raise or lower your chair, or stop playing starcraft so much

I got this a lot when i was a kid and only has those hard plastic surface mouse pads

Something is off with your seat position imo. I have a chair with a arm rest. The arm rest is the same height as the table. I have a tiny mouse too. My hand lays basically flat on the table.

Definitely looks like a pressure injury. Google ergonomic desk setup to understand how you should be sitting majority of the time.
I’d also recommend getting it checked out by a doctor just in case it isn’t a pressure injury and instead some other blood related injury (hence the bruising).

Ok the way you’re asking questions makes it sound like you’re 13 (you might be idk, but you’re showing your age). If this is happening, pretty much you don’t know how to use a desk without hurting yourself. If you don’t have a mouse pad, get one. If your chair sits low and your elbow is lower than the top of your desk then you should raise your chair or get one with adjustable arm wrests. You’re putting pressure where it’s red or you’re rubbing it against something and it’s wearing down your skin.
If it’s pressure related, idk how you’re putting so much weight on that part of your hand. It’s like you’re standing up and putting your body weight on just that small area. If it’s from friction you could wear a glove/sleeve. They make gaming hand sleeves, I know pulsar sells some that would work for this.
If you want it to not be red, don’t touch it and stop doing whatever the hell it is you’re doing to cause that and fix your set up.

You can develop carpal tunnel syndrome through this. Which is no joke. Be sure to get a nice Ergonomic Desk chair. With arm rest. Keep proper posture. If this is gotten through gaming a lot consider using controllers. Don’t ignore this problem because it can develop into a real problematic nerve problem down the road. A 300 euro desk chair will look a lot cheaper when you get the bill for carpal tunnel syndrome surgery.
