Will be released on June 5th in the Elena update
On June 5th when Elena is added into Street Fighter 6, and the game is released on the Nintendo Switch 2, we’ll also be getting some improvements to new challenger screen, along with different illustrations for the playable cast you can use to customize this menu.
The original layout options will still be available, but for those who want to spice things up a bit, you can choose the new Vs. option, which will display your and your opponent’s options in a side-by-side format.
We’ve built a gallery of how these new options look, plus included the new character illustrations from Himeika that will also be available.
Street Fighter 6’s update is likely going to be the biggest update we’ve ever seen to the game, with a second anniversary event announced, quality of life updates, and gameplay changes like teched throws restoring a bar of Drive Gauge and Perfect Parries requiring a new input.
