I have over 100 legendary. Got one 2 spins in. Got a few 3-4. Most required complete obvi. Believe it or not I got the operators (from legendary weapon draws) on first try over ten times. I also got one mythic on second spin. It can/does happen moral of story. Also it wasn’t until like my 60th legendary that I started to get them before completing.
