Hi, OP! It’s called Meowy Spirit Bottoms, it used to be on the Lucky Spins and was also release as a free crate on Bonus Pass in which you can choose what you can get from the Outfits from the Lucky Spin.
You can’t get it anymore, at least not right now, they were in fashion crates, you could earn them free or buy them
Buy the bonus pass and u can get the crates in which you can choose this item
