After finishing tournament, i recently found this unknown weapon in S3 Tournament Crate and i don't know what is this. It looks like an unreleased weapon that is a new launcher or something? Does anyone know what is this?

It’s the JOKR from MW19, was found on test server few seasons back but was cut from final release- It can lock onto vehicles and scorestreaks like FHJ-18, except the rocket goes up and goes down on target you’ve locked
