I have Hynix A die 16×2 that I was running in a 6200 1/1 config for month on end.
Well now that I updated my bios that old config simply won’t work. I get random soft locks and sometimes BSOD.
Clearly AsRock changed stuff in bios that my memory doesn’t like.
Please help.
I just want 6200 1:1 back. Don’t care how “tight” it is. I just know the 9800x3d likes 1:1 way better than my EXPO 6400.
Attached is what I was running on 3.20 that just won’t work now on 3.25.

Same here. I dropped to 6000 and lowered cl to 28. Performance is about the same.
You poor Asrock people…
Assrock back at it again. Them and gigabyte are on my shit list
How exactly did you validate your OC on the previous BIOS?
I don’t think ASRock changed anything relevant to memory OC in the latest BIOS release, on all RAM tunings I’ve tried it basically behaved the same (bugs and quirks included).
I rolled back to 3.20 as my Gskill would not run at the 6000-36 any more and windows would just bluescreen.
