hynix a die. even the cheap green sticks overclock like a champ I’ve got a 32gb voltage locked kit that will do over 8000

That corsair dominator is a joke with those timing lmao. My cheap vengeance is 6000 30-36-36-72.
Rule of thumb is whichever one that has the highest frequency. If that 6000 can clock to 6400 then it would be sold as 6400
GGBoyAndGirls
the best would be 6000 cl26 or 6000 cl28
SurstrommingFish
Winbond BH-5, could take 4.0V
Staubkappe
I am very happy with my Patriot Viper 8200 48gb kit.
They also have a profile for 8400 without any tweaking but i am running them at 8000 for stability.
Not too expensive and very basic looks but since mine are watercooled i don‘t have to look at the ugly red top.

the best memory for oc’ing is the memory you have
the second best is fully dependent on your mobo
for example something nice like 6000 CL26 does not work well with my z690 13900k board. a 6800Mhz kit would not work well with my mobo either.
KineticNinja
check your mobo’s QVL list and get the highest clock speed and lowest CAS latency that is supported by your motherboard.

B-Die was the best on DDR 4. 😉
