Hi all, My account has been banned for 30days and my end time is today I.e is May 27 17:00:07 UTC but it’s currently 11:18 PDT which is an hour past from the end time but I still can’t access my account.
What are the likely reasons?
Few things I have tried
- Restarted my IPhone
- Uninstalled and Installed PUBG Mobile
- Tried the file claim page, it shows nothing – takes me to a blank screen saying 0 penalties found on this account

You had to return back money. Otherwise your ban will be prolonged.
You have to purchase same amount of uc that you refunded to get your ban lifted. As the other user has mentioned earlier, you can use midasbuy to purchase uc, it’s an official third-party uc site.
Can’t dispute tencent or you’ll never play again until you give them back the money you got refunded
