    Even if that area isn’t very typical for this but that may be old thermal pads “bleeding out” (they bleed oil-like substance when degraded and need to be replaced asap once this occurs).

    Oil from the thermal pads would be my first guess. But that is just a guess.

    Pretty certain that’s sweaty thermal pads

    From experience, the owner probably vapes and that’s a buildup of vape resin. My graphics card looked exactly like that after a few years and eventually required a cleaning and repaste.

    MSI has shitty pads for GPUs. Especially low-ends. Those probably leaked a while ago. Not suggesting getting this one (Ventus) specifically. It may be okay but I’d rather not to try out.
