Open rivatuner from the system tray, click add and find the program you’re viewing pictures with, toggle ‘on screen display support’ off for that program

You can bind a hotkey to toggle it. MSI Afterburner is useless, feel free to delete it and keep only Riva Tuner. Modern GPUs have everything you need in a driver app.

Fyi I did read your post description. I still firmly believe g13 will solve your problems
configure some keybinds to start and end the on screen display in the settings.
If you disable Afterburner does the cat disappear too?
