Otherwise I would prefer to have electric cherry be an actual perks and I would love to see Luna come back.

Victorious Tortoise. Especially because it feels like the zombies swipe dead fast in this game.
Blood Wolf Bite could be useful too as a perk or ammo type.

Not in this game cause of reactive armor, but winter’s wail would be fire
Bandolier Bandit, increasing the ammunition in the magazine. It’d be a great addition now that Double Tap 1.0 is back.
People say mule kick and I was on the same boat, but we already three weapons, two guns and a melee which can also be upgraded on its own with rarity and pap 3, pair that with aether shroud you already got a magnificent setup.

I’d say cherry but we got that Elemental Pop.
Widows Wine but we got that with Jugg.
There’s Tombstone or Who’s Who, but those are very unlikely, we already got quick revive that can revive us 3x, self revives 3x, and we’re practically invincible enough as is with the rarities, wonder weapons, augments, all of it lol.
It’s not bad they add the mwz stuff, like shatter blast and frost blast, I too was considering why not add that in? But they did which is cool.
When they added vulture aid and double tap I was so hype, ever since they added those, there were other weapons I didn’t like using before, but now feel way better, for example, the slower fire rate weapons like the tanto, or not having to buy ammo for the wonder weapon unless it’s a sword/jet gun because we got an augment for the VA perk.
Ethereal razor
Bandolier or stone cold for sure. Maybe for an honorable mention, having us have a 3rd gun on our melee slot for zombies if not just letting us have mule kick
Hot take: I don’t actually want old perks to make a return. I want new, original perks. So far the only new perks that come to mind is Elemental Pop and Melee Macheato.
