In vanilla, yes. Now, thanks to mods, for me they also play something else than the same stuff.
If the radio tracklists werent so short and if there was more good music in it, the radios wouldnt be so annoying.

I should have mentioned it above but wont let me edit that I also blast the speakers except in some places the music is just there like there is a roof top near the Petrochem Dam that has music and no speakers anywhere.

I HATE that stupid lovey-dovey jazz song that constantly plays on the radio when V visits Judy or gets visited (I Really Want to Stay at Your House quest). And you CANNOT turn it off, and I don’t understand why!
I just tune them to Body Heat or Morro Rock if I find them.

The small radios inside rooms I understand being annoying but outside, there’s companies that play music or random frequent sounds around their building to deter loitering.
I always turn music off. It is dreadful and unbearable. Not my cup of tea. The game on the other hand very much is.
