1 hour and 47 minutes in, mauisnake says he was told from a very trustworthy source that Spirit really wanted to keep kyousuke but apparently he wanted to join Falcons (maybe chasing the bag?)

    kyousuke’s a bag chaser .-.

but can’t hold it against him considering it’s just him and his mom since as far as I remember or recall, his dad died when he was young so its just him and her fending for themselves.

    Join Spirit❌

Join the team that has Spirit’s Kryptonite (m0NESY and NiKo)✅

Calling it now, kyousuke’s going to be a flash in the pan. Reason being is Falcons is completely antithetical to being a team to give a shit about ensuring a young, developing player has the support they need to play Tier 1.

week ago local troll u/often_delusional wrote “Mauisnake also confirmed that hally had no part in selling kyousuke. This is just spirit management being greedy and going after the easy money.”

Now Mauisnake said that Spirit really wanted to keep kyousuke.

I am sure that over the next month we will read several more versions of what Spirit wanted to do.

If Thorin has no haters then I am dead

  6. I hate Falcons as an org as much as the next man, but lets be real: this kid will make life changing money before he turns 20, he could even retire at that point if he chooses to and he’ll be fine. He wants to give himself and his mother a better life, and Falcons as a team will eventually become really good, like major winning team kind of good.

They will throw money at the problem until it works, even if it means getting a new IGL down the line and whatever else it takes.

It’s easy to sit here and judge the guy, but he is set to play with some of the best players in history, for a huge income as well. I doubt he cares about anything else right now.

straight out into the pressure hellhole. Hope the kid fends of his unknown stage demons

Let’s be real I really doubt that maui actually knows what he is talking about, he is not Spirit CEO or coach and I doubt that they give this info to some analyst.

Looks like I was wrong about the spirit organization and hopefully this is a sign that they are trying to build a better roster around donk after all. -magixx +tn1r could help give a solid boost to this roster and make them far more competitive. Hope we see this move after the major.

As for kyousuke, he did say in an interview in February that his promotion depends on the management and that he is ready to move to Belgrade with his mom (Belgrade is spirit hometown) if he is promoted. NeL even said that he rejected falcons a few months ago when they had niko. I guess he either lied in the interview or m0nesy joining changed his mind (and goinf after the bag of course). But now I guess we know why donk was upset at Astana. That his friend would rather join falcons than his team. Donk even said in an interview that he was upset about something that happened during the Astana tournament and he didn’t want to say what it was. The kyousuke news literally came out a day before Astana so I guess it was really that. It would make the most sense.

Also what was up with that dust2 report about spirit being concerned with role clashes back in April? Maui said on ohne’s stream that they were never concerned about that and that spirit didn’t even ask hally for his input on that. So did they literally just guess that was the reason?

I think this is going to come back to bite Spirit when they’re still relying on donk heavily and still need more firepower meanwhile kyousuke begins to flourish with finally getting some Tier 1 experience on a rival team.

I said months ago they should promote him because he was already farming tier 2 and he needed to start getting some higher level/LAN experience to continue his development, otherwise they would just end up selling him to a rival which is what is now happening. I had morons here going on about Spirit’s “program” where you have to just sit in the team for ages to “learn”. Well congrats that just made your next best prospect want to leave for a team that will beat your ass with him.

tbh good decision for him, I think he wants to learn from NiKo, play with m0NESY, and they can speak russian and be roommates at events, also the bag is probably at least double of what he would be making in Spirit, so its understandable, but I kinda wish we could see kyousuke-donk duo, maybe some time in the future…

NakeyJakey video is quite pivotal in the long term of attracting new western players to CS and Pc gaming.

Fortnite success completely changed the landscape of FPS games. Altering even the introduction device of multiplayer gaming to a tablet or smartphone. Call of Duty even changed their game to capture the aging out Fortnite tweens. To the point that the hierarchy of progression among FPS games that Battlefield is no longer in the topic.
