Is this a mistranslation or is their team chemistry this bad ?
I guess in the future more teams will be like that because number of tournaments has increased. It’s just like in NBA where teams don’t train during season because of enormous number of games.
This tells also why donk didn’t seem happy after winning Astana. There is just no team chemistry and no base to build upon.
Plus the news that kyousuke didn’t want to join Spirit makes donk being on a remote island basically.
I understand them, even if its a game. Im working 6 days a week 10 hours a day with the same people and i cant fking stand them anymore
I mean if they are not boot camping and going to every other event I mean they have a pretty decent break from each other I feel like a boot camp wouldn’t even be a lot of time together compared to like aurora that are going to every event but I could be wrong
tbf apEX also said they do it as little as possible because as a pro you’re already traveling around the world all year long, they need to enjoy some time with their families when they can and they’d rather train from home the few free days they have between two tournaments.
Obviously, not “never” tho.
NaVi was also talking about this at the end of last year. Working in a high pressure environment with the same people you see all the time will bring tensions. Even if everyone likes each other. Not just working too, travelling with them, etc.
Humans (some) are able to develop new tactics via internet, bypassing the need for face-to-face interactions
