Bloodborne: “OH FUCK! THE FUCK IS THAT?! JESUS FUCKIN CHRIST WHERE’D THAT THING COME FROM?!”

  2. Talking about facing big monsters and not mentioning Dragon’s Dogma is a crime.

  3. SirBoggle

Monster Hunters be like “I hope its weapon or armor skills are decent.”

  4. rincematic

Monster Hunter: “Just business as usual… also I need to kill like five more of these to make a new hat.”

I love the pessimistic protagonists, their dialogue reflects my own thoughts and makes dying or losing or taking hard hits that much kore bearable.

  6. FwompusStompus

In my experience playing expedition 33 so far I find myself consistently saying “Now what the fuck is that?!” Every time I cross a new threshold of scary looking enemy.

  7. DaemonicBlade

Shadow of the colossus not being on here is a sin!

  8. MazaFox94

This meme needs a picture of Mario at the end with a “Wahooo!”

  9. Add a demon from Doom going SHIIIIITT when he sees the doom slayer

Na. Large bosses in FS games are typically not hard. They have large areas to hit and easier to dodge with tells that you can see from a mile. If anything the problem is with the camera and oftentimes large area of effect attacks which can make things difficult to see and escape.

The most dangerous FS bosses are human sized or humanoid ones. Often fast with quick attacks and difficult to dodge or parry and will have special attacks on top of it.

Skyrim: “god damnit, not right now! I have like 40 pounds of dragon parts on me! I can’t fight this shit right now!”

  12. Sylanthra

Dark Souls isn’t accurate at all. Facing a big monster is relatively easy. It’s when the enemy is same size as you that you know shit just got real.

  13. Emerald Herald: “Bearer of the Curse, seek seek misery and death or whatever, less something happens”.

    Player: “Sure thing babe”.

*Fails to dodge exploding mummies, weeb katana knights, 48725289 poison statues, a forest of invisible backstabbers and some persistent floaty knight*.
