Any advice would be much appreciated

Im a novice

I've tried 6400MT/s fclk 2000 but I get random blue screens when testing in OCCT, i changed VDDG CCD/IOD to 1050 and raised timings to Expo and that stopped the blue screens but still gave errors after 15 minutes in OCCT memory test.
If anyone has a suggestion to retry 6400 I'd be much appreciated.

So since then I've settled on 6200/2000 1/1 in the above image and tightened timings by a little each day for the past 3 days in between testing, but at random from other people's posts.
The above settings are stable and I'm wondering if anything is way off given i have no idea what I'm doing.

Thank you in advance to everyone who replies.

VDDG CCD/IOD = 1030mV

Apart from RAM you could now take care of your CPU a bit in terms of PBO, get another 200Mhz from that and fiddle with the Curve Optimizer to reduce voltage/thermals/power draw and of course increase performance overall.
