Nobodys good when they start. I got my kd to positive at prestige 8 when shipment 24/7 came and it made me better cuz i had to be alert always
You wanna pad your stats and get some fun games just play shipment. Free games with 2-4 KD’s
K/D may not be great, but that’ll improve over time as you pour more hours into the game. That win/loss though is not bad at all and I’d be more proud to be on the positive side of that than having a positive K/D. Winning games feels better than going 20-5 and losing.
The first step is to not give your stats much thought. Play as if you’re just having fun and you will.
Try the M30 Drilling with Fire Shells and Adv Rifling. EZ 19m one hit kills, especially when you aim.

If you want to get headshots up keep the gun in its spawn position(no vertical up or down movements) anyone who runs straight on will be headshot as long as they are on level ground with you. Horizontal movements can still be done and depending on look sensitivity can be done easily
What are you playing on?
I can only recommend Armored Division with LMGs and FMJ. You’ll be able to destroy recon aircraft’s with just your primary and shoot through most objects in the game with little to no resistance. You’ll be able to reduce explosive damage entirely meaning S.Mines and incendiary damage like incendiary shotgun ammo or molotovs being more survivable.
Thanks for the tips, everyone. I’ll definitely give these a shot. I just want to be good enough where, regardless of whether my team wins or loses, I at least feel okay that I’ve contributed to a certain amount of kills and not just 1 or 2. I try to avoid looking at the stats, but lately I decided to look at it because there are times when I’m playing and I keep losing back to back to back….I can play 10 games and out of 10 I win 2. That’s when I would start asking myself questions: Is it me? Is it my team? SBMM? My controller(since i just purchased a new one)? I enjoy playing video games, but sometimes experiences like this one kind of ruins my mood.
Slow down. Stop running around as much. This game frustrated me at first too, but you got to remember that all guns kill and they kill quick. Find a gun you like, hold down a section of the map, and then improve from there. I know it sounds like camping, but it’s not because you’re actually holding down a section of the map and not just a single corner.
Everyone is dropping practical gameplay tips to help you play better (which is good!) but specifically addressing your lack of consistency from match to match: there are definitely server side issues that will result in connection inconsistencies. I still have shipment 24/7 swings that go from +25 to -15 k/d so you just gotta shrug, maybe find a new room, and keep on truckin.
Don’t pay too much attention to your stats. We were all in a similar situation starting out, and the starter guns are not the best, you’ll improve man, just keep practicing in games, it don’t matter how bad you do, we’re here to have fun after all. Take your time, learn the weapons you have, and you’ll get better ones eventually through supply drops 🙂
