You may be into the monochromatic look, but a little color would really inject some life into the space. That’s also a real big TV close to your face.

How the hell are you supposed to know the time? Add a clock or something

i wonder when exactly you took this picture

Looks good for a black and white set up. I’d move the printers from under the desk somewhere else. It would feel more open

IT IS 9:45!!

Isn’t it kind of a PITA to have the printer on the floor like that? Like for one, it’s gotta be in the way of your feet. Then there’s just the practical aspect of actually being able to use it. I dunno, that just seems like a less-than-optimal spot for it.

You can do way better than 3 clocks as backgrounds. Get Wallpaper Engine on Steam and find something that fits the vibe. Clocks are not a vibe

Perhaps a larger plant(real plant would be great, but a larger fake one is still good). A pothos plant on a wall shelf or something would be nice – generally easy to maintain, can grow some long and crazy vines that you could drape around to add some color and life.
Maybe some colorful art on the large blank wall there, or paint the wall(s). Lighting could work too, like a cool lamp in a color you like.
Even changing out the rug to something that isn’t black/white is an option there, though I do like that the rug you currently have brings texture into the space.

Right wall seems kind of bare in comparison maybe a nice piece of art or a mirror

What time is it?

I think you might need a desk clock.

Put the printer in the closet?
Rbknifeguy
I usually have a clock or something to tell the time.

Move the printer, shredder, and rolling file from under your desk so you aren’t boxed in. Also, try to face the monitors away from the window and add a floor mat for your chair on the carpet.
impossiblyeasy
Nope. Unless you are going for the black only look, maybe some plants. How about a montior light.
