Proper way to testand compare new 9600X?

Hi all,
I'm new to the whole fine-tuning and OC world, so I'm looking for a way to compare my cpu's performance results to similar builds, and to compare my system to the average scores?

I've ran a cinebench 24 multi core test on stock and also one with the factory 105W TDP with -0.07 UV.
The 891 was the stock result and an 1227 for the tweaked setting I mentioned. (The image shows a previous one with less UV on it)

Do you think this is a good result? Is there any way I can compare mine with similar builds?

I have also run a full stock 3dmark Fire Strike bench which came back with 39.908, that should be over average for this build, by the app results. Silicon lottery won?
