As you can see Iv made undervolting by CPU Core Voltage Offset Mode.
However there are below 2 more options (MSI B760 bios): L2 and SA Voltage Mode and both have offset mode with – by CPU.
Should I also add offset there?

Offset is fine for core voltage. For SA, just use manual voltage for what’s needed. Up to 1.4v SA is generally safe.
