Every time I look at this community somebody is complaining about how easy it is to reach high rounds. My suggestion is to not use wonder weapons, scorestreaks, or traps. It’s still possible and employs need for training strategies and being watchful of armor. It’s difficult but very doable and feels rewarding to achieve like the older games. I see no issue with there being overpowered ways to reach high rounds and I cannot understand why people care. Set your own rules. Don’t cry and complain begging treyarch to remove scorestreaks and such cause it’s to easy. Set your OWN rules. The game can be whatever you decide to make it. Easy or hard. Play it your way.

The high rounds even with WW and, or score streaks is still more engaging than the older games with trap strats and running around in a circle imo. High rounds have always been a test of patience first and foremost. The skill comes into play with how efficient you setup, when you challenge yourself to use bad weapons and not go down (bo1 has a ton of them), and understanding the movement of yourself and the zombies in a given game.
Used to do this on ascension. Having more kills than the dude who rolled the thunder gun felt much better than being the dude with the thundergun and the most kills.
Also, high rounds are easy because you’ve essentially mastered the mechanics and skills necessary to sustain gameplay, and the mechanics of this game mode are finite.
So by the time you have built the stamina and endurance for high rounds, you’ve got nothing left but to last till your goal. It gets even easier on solo because you can save and revisit the match.
High rounds aren’t really any easier than they used to be, it’s justba lot quicker.
“training strategies” not when the zombies go faster than you and are able to spawn wherever you go.
if it was like the old zombies where if all zombies spawned, nothing will come out of windows or holes. but in the case of this game. even if all zombies spawned for a certain round, if you change the place you’re in, zombies will start coming out of windows and holes that are in your way. so training is pretty much dead in this game unless you have god-like reflexes.
