Any pointers for where I could get the timings/voltages any better? Already tried lowering vdd but 1.6v threw errors after bit over an hour

Trfc should do 160ns unless they get too hot.

I would set tRAS to 58 (tRCD+tRTP+8) and tRC to 94 (tRAS+tRP), and tWTRL to 24 (2*tRRDL)
