I think it’s Catherine, the Nursemaid, that she’s meant to resemble.
Nurse Katie. A former maid of Alistair Estate. She’d get her employers (often lonely old men) to write her in their will and then she’d kill them and collect the money. She eventually got caught after police found 7 or 8 bodies buried near the estate. For which she was publicly executed.
One of the coolest side characters in Zombies.
