sh1ro got asked by co-streamers about donk’s behavior and why he looks “sad”, according to someone that translated, sh1ro supposedly said it was probably because he doesn’t like how the team is playing right now
That’s the vibe I got as well, he is just not happy with this form right before a major.
Vitosi4ek
I’m a Russian native speaker, can confirm. He said that they know that with their current form they won’t be competitive against their main rivals (Falcons and Vitality) and that this tournament isn’t that strong.
Nekajed
Yes, he said donk isn’t satisfied with the level Spirit are playing right now, cause this tournament isn’t that high-tier and their main opponent is Falcons and Vitality. Spirit’s current level doesn’t match these teams and it’s going to be hard to win. Like they were really competetive against Vitality at one point and could win a series but now they’re getting trashed by them.
Jewbacca1
That’s fair. There’s almost no way they could beat Mouz, Falcons and Vitality with what they just showed in this tournament.
_YAGNA_
If anything this finals should’ve been an easy sweep against Astralis, but the fact that it got close enough that they might’ve lost the series if it went to 5th against a barely prepped Astralis is in itself very embarrasing. Spirit need changes, I really don’t see anything in this team improving and I only see the tilt getting worse
No_Pay_546
I can definitely see that. They struggled vs teams that vitality and falcons can easily beat. I’m a huge spirit fan but it looks like some roster changes are needed if they want to remain competitive in events with multiple T1 teams.

sh1ro is such a solid guy it’s sad to think he’s stuck with 3 bots and a cringe goat.
LeRohameaux
Rightfully so. This team is gonna get humiliated by Vitality, Falcons and Mouz in the upcoming major.

Like I said in a different post. Donk is amazing, but the pure push for him being always the difference maker is what makes it not fun. He’s being used in a lot of tough positions scorewise to just go rush and kill. It’s annoying to watch at this point, and it seems annoying for him, even if he gets all the glory.
SYSTEMcole
He shouldn’t like it. Spirit just got pushed by an Astralis team that just changed IGL and haven’t looked good in ages. They were supposed to demolish this event, this win wasn’t convincing at all for Spirit.
Junior-Conference436
There is nobody spirit could get that speaks russian and is good too bad they let kyosouke go
RealEnergyEigenstate
Might be time for donk to join vitality…. Lol
voicefulspace
It’s the winner mindset. S1mple is triggered or mad when he loses/plays bad even while winning, so is dev1ce and so is donk.
General_Scipio
It’s weird for Donk to be pissed off about it. I wonder if he is calling for chang behind the scenes. Because this is the normal form you should expect from them with this roster.
Because Shiro and Donk are definitely great players (even if Shiro is limited in how he plays). Chopper is a fine IGL, though not great. But a decent individual player and decent caller.
But Magix and Zontix just aren’t good enough to be at the top of CS. They need to be replaced even if they have had some good life games to win them events.
KananX
No surprise, Spirit play one dimensional CS that (as usual with Russian teams) is just more or less about fire power and if a team has more than that like Falcons and Vitality they can’t match them. Barely winning against a Astralis who had low practice time says it all.
Still laughing that “analyst” Maui thought they would win 3-0, Astralis nearly won 3-1 and then nearly 3-2, the exact opposite nearly of what he said, I knew from get go that his guess is terrible, the usual reason why he got ditched as a analyst before, he’s just too plain and arrogant.
ckkqwer
Mouz should beat them as well
Skellington876
He has every right to be angry, Donk’s ambitions aren’t just to win, but to win on a level equivalent to Vitality. Im almost positive he wants to practically over take S1mple in terms of legacy, and my god his team mates make it practically impossible.
