Afterburner shows 3505 MHz (memory clock).
3DMark shows 1,753 MHz in "Time Spy" benchmark results.
It's an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 2GB.

The truth is, I'm noticing slow performance in games, i don't know if this is normal because it's the DDR memory or if something is actually failing

The graphics card uses GDDR memory. That stands for Graphic Double Data Rate. It is similar to normal DDR ram. Your ram is running at 1753 MHz which is the same as 3506 MT/s which is what afterburner shows. However most of the time (except with DDR5) people wrongly use MHz instead of MT/s.
afterburner and 3dmark do not show the same measurement thats why. for your card its a x2 multiplier, my 1050ti was x4 iirc, my 5070ti is x8 i think
