I’d put something on those wood panels. Either some artwork or at least some sound diffusing panels.
But otherwise really solid, clean setup.

Hide the wood paneling with artwork or banners. Have fun with lighting. Personlize it to your liking. Take time to grow into it and see what you like.

Nice mounting for the pile of monitors! Replace wood eventually, but art work for now. More lighting. Hide those cables by fixing to the bottom of the desk so they aren’t hanging in view. Oh, if you aren’t standing, you might want a chair. 🙂
