GDM off with 1t posts with cmdsetup 56 and 40/24/24/24 but spits a million errors into a bsod, no clue what to even begin tweaking. Any where to even begin is appreciated.

Try different addrcmdsetup values, +1 or -1 at a time from 56 to see if it likes being a bit lower or a bit higher. Also adjust addrcmddrvstr, my 4×8 bdie kit at 3800 for example likes 30ohm addrcmddrvstr with addrcmdsetup 52 and nothing else for gdm off 1T. ClkDrvStr is 20ohm for me. Prime95 large fft is a decent stress test for this.

Here’s my old B-die setup that was rock stable with GDM off, granted it was a very well binned kit (benchmark results will differ due to dual CCD chips having more bandwidth/X3D having higher latency) – https://i.redd.it/n85xw1jvo7id1.png
