I dont think they care THAT much. The overall EE completion rate is still less than 25% (maybe like <18%, If I remember right). More people get to enjoy the game and maybe more people will repeat.

I feel like they slowed it down not to nerf but to have people stop crashing the servers with it

Wasted a fire fire since the damage scales up to round 55 by 51 your shot landing to a critical area is enough to finish 1 phase so the basic 3 rounds is enough
