remove iM for makazze or any proper star player as a start.
But unfortunately doesn’t fix most the issues still as half the team might have to be gone due to the loss of synergy.

w0nderful has been getting a lot of criticism this year, but put up a strong performance vs Astralis and is leaving Astana with a 1.14 rated event. Reality is that the AWP market is not great at the moment, so any change is going to be confronting a risk. And for me, you should give him more time (but keep him on fraudwatch).
b1t had a shocker vs Astralis, but for me there’s no discussion to be had. I think his experience and proven ceiling speaks for itself, and he is someone who will benefit from changes. Someone in the PMT compared him to Ropz’ slump and Vitality rejuvenation, and I think he has the same in him. Probably the most secure piece in the roster in my view.
jL and iM. Both are the Dr Jekyll/Mr Hyde of CS. But I probably go with iM out first and keep jL on fraudwatch. Makazze from Navi Jr. is someone touted as a replacement. npl on B8 (on loan from NaVi) too.
Aleksib…? For me, if you’re going to change him, the rest of the team needs to clearly outgrow him. I don’t think Aleksi is really holding them back. But who knows what would happen in a dimension you get npl from B8 as an IGL?
Imo iM. Too inconsistent for a rifle supposedly to be the second-best on the roster.

The NAVI roster just looks dead, none of them look like they are having any fun or that they want to be there. I’m not going to scapegoat any one person, because its impossible to tell from an outside perspective and all of them are not playing to the standard they have shown they can play at and its a wider structural and environmental issue just like it is with Faze. but some changes need to happen very soon. I don’t even know who they can get to replace their current players.
-jL because he is a fake peson, and fake people ruin a team wibe. also a crybaby. don’t care about his performance, he is a little snake.

Honestly entire team has been playing like shit this year sadly. B1t still shows up from time to time but he is extremely inconsistent and gets caught off guard way too often, W0nderful wouldn’t even hit a fucking barn with his AWP even if that barn was 2 metres away from him. JL gets frags and has pretty nice aim but plays like tier 2 player most of the time. iM is just terrible and doesn’t really seem to have any sort of game sense in him even though he gets frags from time to time and his aim in general isn’t the worst but just like B1t just gets caught off guard extremely often and does so many bad decisions and lacks awareness that it just hurts to watch
just give Aleksi 4 different players and maybe Blade can also wake up a bit, if it doesn’t work, maybe try someone else instead of Blade and Aleksib
This current NAVI roster needs a lot of changes, nobody seems to have fun on server, they are just not vibing at all anymore and everyone just feels like they are there just to do their daily job for paycheck and not want to do even 1 minute overtime
Its a shame because rating wise this team isn’t really that shit and everyone has their shining moments sometimes, but when you have underdog roster overperform majority of 2024, the next season is just destined to be a disaster. Its just a case of stats not meaning shit as is true for anything in Counter Strike. You can have the best aim, have great ratings but it all doesn’t mean shit if it doesn’t translate to results in a team because at the end of the day CS is a team game
Remove nothing. Find a solution without cutting anyone. They are the team who won the first CS 2 major. There is potential in the players and I believe in the coach. The past loses should be valuable experience to learn from and I am sure the players don’t want to lose.

I’ll be honest, the first thing to change is team’s outfit. It looks poorly for my taste.
We all know they’ll make a change for a while now. Replacing wonderful with simple i guess
I would actually replace blade. I know it is just stupid and crazy move, but we all have seen what this team can do, when the vibes are positive. I guess blades workaholic mentality is breaking the players and they are extremely exhausted and tired. Everyone on this team looks so goddamn exhausted that the vibes are just like at the funerals. Some change is a must have to get the vibes good again.. and i dont see a scenario where they kick blade so i guess they will first try makazze for ima.
It feels like they are too afraid to do any individual plays/calls now. Honestly I think they are too afraid of Blade and not following his tactics to the end. It feels like 5 robots playing. Everytime they all take these papers prepared by Blade and look at these papers with frustfration i feel cringe.
I believe Navi just waits for the Major to see s1mple’s performace. If he will do good wonderful is gone.
I’m not sure. Just hoping this slump is almost over and they find some fire that drives them to the top again. These tournies have been let downs and each one kinda makes them seem dead inside.

I do not know, like you would have to replace 2-3 players to shake things up. Navi right now just has too many “down” and too few “up” (wonderful today) when playing. The team is just too inconsistent

There will be a massive roster shuffle after the major.
The fact that this roster has been allowed to exist in this state for so long is just insane to me. NaVi fans need to seriously start being critical of the team’s management because this is just unacceptable. An entire major cycle has been wasted due to their reluctance to make any changes.
What makes it even worse is that NaVi is sitting on one of the best academy teams in the world and they’re still doing nothing. You already own these players for fuck’s sake, do something! You’ve also let jambo sign to Fnatic and r1nkle resign with NiP, two promising players who could have been w0nderful replacements.
Explain to me how even FaZe are making a gamble right before the major and NaVi aren’t. I fully expect NaVi to go out 9th-11th at Austin and finally make the obvious roster moves they should have made months ago. It’s such a waste of everyone’s time.

The “vibes” isn’t there anymore. Watching them feels like watching FaZe after ropz left and broky was benched. Aleksi and b1ad3 looks okay, so I don’t think changing him would do anything.
Firstly replace w0nderful. If they keep struggling, iM has to be next.
There is no fun on players’ faces. I think Blade just killed the spirit of this team.
