under a prime95 load you can see it's not hot at all and it is stuck at base 3.6ghz

    ¨5700X won’t go past base clock speeds even with all of this, what am I missing? I just want to use PBO. I don’t know what else to add here so ask away I guess.

    I have an X570 board so I can definitely do PBO

    I think I tried everything at this point

    – enabled PBO in bios

    – did the power plan minimum/maximum power thingy

    – CO is -20

    I don’t know anymore¨
