I get 66.5ns with 6000 CL30, 7700x 5.5ghz.
Try buildzoids Ryzen 7000 ram timings, should get under 60ns

tRFC – Should go lower, try 420, 400, or even 384
If you’re truly stable at 3000 UCLK @ 1.15v Soc, you could probably do 3100 (6200 MT/s) at ~1.25v. If so you’ll need to redo your timings.
