Just a bug, I contacted the support months ago about this and they just instructed me to power cycle the console, factory reset it etc
I obviously didn’t do this because it’s just the devs not caring about it
This isn’t the first time they accidentally removed a skin without adding it back. Sadly they might never fix it as this is one of the rarest skins for completing one of the deadest modes in the game.
