The CPU is a Ryzen 9 5950x, GPU is a 4070ti, it's all already set up and build, they gave us the boxes for warranty. Feel like it's almost too good to be true, but everything works and it's all legit. Might have to borrow it to play some games since all I own is a steam deck!

That’s a fair deal, definitely not a steal. Cheaper than you’d expect but since they were leaving the country they probably did it because someone (you) will take it off their hands asap.

Definetly not a steal, if you got only the things you have shared then it was an ok sale that benefited the seller more than the buyer!
Not really a great deal tbh, but still okay. Used 4070 ti is roughly 500€, 5950X is 250€, the rest maybe 350-450 (depends on how much storage, quality of the cooler and PSU). And those are individual prices. Fully built systems are usually sold ~20% lower than their individual parts.
A fair price would’ve been 1100-1200€.

People do that since parting out and selling parts is a nightmare if you’re short on time

Sometimes I enjoy reselling things for less so I can pass on a deal to somebody. In perfect mint condition, as I take care of my stuff, but it feels good to give someone a sweet deal they can enjoy. Plus it can be a fast way to get rid of something when I want to upgrade.
For 3D CAD this is an ideal system. 5950X while AM4 has the best single thread and multi thread on the platform for productivity and the 4070 benefits from sharing the same arch as their quadro cards, the most commonly used GPUs for this kind of work.
I’m relegated to a 6-core i7 and a pair of Quadro cards at work and it’s good enough for any CAD I’ve thrown at it. The build in my sig feels overkill when I’m doing hobby projects at home.
