  1. I love seeing super early development footage for just about any game. It’s always fun to see a developer’s vision and scope change over the course of creating their game, and it’s something I wish we got to see more of, especially when it’s something this rough around the edges.

The random steam-punk elements are quite interesting, but considering the vibes they were going for it’s no wonder they were dropped.

Also, lmao at the character walking like a prostitute from GTA San Andreas

  3. Asterie-E7

this has literally nothing to do with the final game, very interesting

That voice overdub is quite the vibe.

Is the link to the original reddit post somewhere? I can’t seem to get to it from the video description

This was when the game was still a solo project by the CEO who started up the company, if I recall correctly from the studio’s website. Kind of crazy what it evolved into!

  8. wonder if that’s the post they got the lead writer from

You go in an do all the voice acting for it. It sounds great. Four years later “sorry we got Ben Starr” and replaced all of your work

Steam only said Very Positive, and the top reviews I saw were negative when I looked.

One of the people who submitted to be a voice actress became the lead writer for the game.

  12. I didn’t think it would live up to the hype, but it really does. I honestly think it’s my favourite game of all time.
