My bet is it’s the Netflix show we were teased about a long time ago.
Are they just voice actors mostly or were they also doing mo-cap? She definitely has some of Judy’s facial features

What’s the (PL) mean? Surely not Phantom Liberty, as Judy has the same voice actor throughout the game.
