They hit a headshot, you didn’t.
First, you cant trust the replay. It’s never actually what happened. That said, it’s either hacks or REALLY bad servers. This happened to my teammate tonight in ranked as well. It’s super annoying.

His cheats were better than yours ive only ever seen cheating streamers and cheating casuals switch weapons like that for example knowing exactly which side your opponent is going to walk out of first and basically prefire at eachother
Idk just looks like aim assist to me, and these servers REALLY don’t help
