For the love of god, avoid “gaming chairs” at all costs.
Look up ergonomic office chairs with good warranties (Herman Miller, Steelcase, etc.)

I’m currently using Hyken ergonomic mesh chair. I’ve had it for about 5 years. I usually sit in it at least for 6 hours when I game. I’m planning on buying it again since the mesh is pretty much ripped
Steelcase or one of their imitators. Also, get a mat so you don’t damage the floor.
I tried the gaming chairs but have had a Herman Miller Embody for 4 years now. Completely worth the price and comfort for your back.
