Obviously this has been planned for probably a full year ahead of time but I can't help but marvel at the impeccably awful timing of this announcement. This could not have happened at a worse time for the game.

I loved tekken 8 at release and still believe that it has a ton of potential but they have to do a massive overhaul of the combat and other systems to bring me back.
Wow. Releasing a DLC character who already was a DLC character in the previous game is one of the decisions of all time.
I don’t play Tekken, so why is this guy is one of the most disliked character?

Fahkumram’s not exactly a fan favorite, and releasing him right after all the backlash is a bit like poking the hornet’s nest. It almost feels like they didn’t even consider the current state of the game. It’s a bold move, but definitely not in a good way 😂

Is tekken 8 the game that sort of recently had the worst balance patch in tekken history and still hasn’t been fixed? I saw a video where Jack 8 just does 1 move where he jumps in the air and claps and made top rank online just doing that 🤣
I’m actually relieved its not Lei. This game is already shooting itself in the foot repeatedly, and this is just another nail in its coffin. They’re really not trying to rescue this game from failing
