it might be because it is useless to put work and effort into something that is absolutely meaningless?
Their internal ranking has no merit anymore. No point in maintaining it if you want the company to go lean.
Is tier 1 place 1-10, 2 11-20 and so on? Never really knew when a tier ended
Good there should be 1 standard not a bunch of different rankings. Fuck that boxing 20 different titles stuff.
