I feel like it’s the firing range dummies that are bugged… you can often even see the bullet hole that your shot left on the dummy, but you don’t get a hit/damage marker.
I’d had it several times while testing different types of weapons… snipers, ARs, SMGs etc.
I don’t have an explanation for that 10m target, but the Kar98 scopes are misaligned. The bullet shoots down/right of center. Throw on a laser and you can see it. This misalignment ‘s effect obviously becomes more pronounced the further you are from the target.
