After flashing BIOS version 1028 last weekend, and torture testing it during the weak, my PC
is now fully stable with all-core -CO and MCLK:FCLK at 3100:2067. Previous three BIOS
versions consistently failed y-cruncher VT3 under negative CO at these clocks, no matter
how high I pushed VSOC, VDD, and other voltages.
Undervolting is very important for me because of the one-fan small air cooler that I am
using, and CO tuning reduced the temps by 10 to 12 degrees during Cinebench 2024
(hwinfo screenshot).
However, With the new BIOS, RAM training time increased from ~40s to ~2m, but now
results in matched tPHYRDL values for both DIMMs, which was not the case before.
I tried lowering VSOC to 1.22 but failed after 3 hours of VT3 and reverted to 1.25V. I guess
the IMC is a bit weak.
