Hi everyone,

I'm trying to fine-tune my DDR5 RAM timings using AMD Ryzen Master (screenshot attached). I can see options for CAS Latency (tCL), Row Precharge Delay (tRP), and RAS Active Time (tRAS).

However, I can't seem to find the Read Row-Column Delay (tRCD) setting. I understand the primary timings are usually listed as tCL-tRCD-tRP-tRAS, and I'd like to try reducing the tRCD value.

Is the tRCD timing adjustable in Ryzen Master (maybe under a different name?), or is the only way to change it by going directly into the motherboard's BIOS?

Thanks for any help!

You need to tune timings in the BIOS so that the memory can retrain from a fresh boot. Without that, performance and stability won’t be representative so you can’t test or use the overclock properly.
