This doesn’t seem like something that should even be messed with.
PSA: If you’re like me and pressed X and reset your tab and you can now hear all of the operators shouting at you each match, you can use the search bar from the base settings screen to search for volume settings and change the specific ones you want

They have a lot of things to fix with this update.
So i figured out you have to adjust the master volume first, and then for whatever reason it then allows you expand it
