The OP.GG ranking is a path towards EWC, however its formula is not open to public.
To me, the biggest question is that, when Faze and Navi haven't not entered the final grand stage in PGS7, Faze was not even qualified to PGS7, but no score penalty. And Navi even get more points from 2298 as of 4/29 to 2367 as of 5/5 when absent from the final grand stage in PGS 7
It seems that missing some matches or not qualified to the final grand doesn't affect the score too much.

What I don’t understand is they have TSM at #12 but then TL at #72 yet they are the same team. Are they going to lose all credit for what they did last year just because they have a different org?!?
