i have to ask: do you actually feel an actual difference? or you are one of those karma farming pos?

  2. I gotta admit that all these posts are starting to make me a bit suspicious.

  3. I hope this will propulse AA gaming back on top and show AAA that without risk, there‘s no big golden egg goose

Last time I was obsessed with game soundtrack was from witcher 3, and I think this tops it

Couldn’t agree more – up there with Skyrim for me

  6. I haven’t loved a soundtrack this much since Nier automata in 2017.

I like listening the music in the camp and leave it in the background as I chill irl on my couch.

The the early soundtrack releases were why I was actually interested in this game. It’s on par with nier. I listened to disc 1 and half of disc 2 on launch, was originally planning to wait for a big sale to play the game but got too into the soundtrack and bought the game because of it. It’s been years since I’ve bought a game at launch and I’m glad I did. Also blows my mind it’s an 8 hour soundtrack

  8. honestly from what ive heard expedition 33 is an amazing game. didnt play the game tho

  9. Laputa15

All this is pretty subjective but personally, I think the soundtrack is pretty coherent and suits the game in a way I don’t think any game managed to achieve before

agreed. the title theme Lumiere is my fav.

Just from the song on the title screen I immediately knew I was going to like this game.

even if i don’t know the words the song “Lumiere” plays in my head. “deem deem da ra ra deem deem da ra ra
deem da ree ram.” it’s stuck on this… i sing this everywhere unconsciously…

  13. Everything about this game is on another level

Yeah I think it’s time to put this sub on mute for a while, it’s become nothing but an Expedition 33 dick riding circrlejerk

The last time I loved a video game soundtrack this much, it was DOOM Eternal in 2020. Totally different ends of the spectrum, I know, but maybe that’s precisely why my brain loves them so much. I adore music of all kinds.

Edit: Whoever is drive-by downvoting comments, the Gommage will get you.

Love the soundtrack, hate opera singing.

i wanna get it on cd. Unfortunately they didn’t release it on cd.

    It actually is.

In comparison to most games out there, the music is telling you a story while you Traverse the Open World for example.

The fine nuance between melancholy and bittersweet. The amount of different tracks gave the devs the possibility to fabricate a clearer emotional picture of the feelings that they are trying to show you.

Ignore the negative comments. The journey you have with the game is what matters.
While Some people only “see” others “sense” what is going on in front of them. A beautiful mix of seeing, hearing and feeling is what makes you human.

It’s the first thing I loved about this game. I was following the game since a week before launch, downloaded it pirated, by the end of Act I, closed the game and went to Steam to buy it, it is somewhat costly for my third world economy but I felt the devs deserved all of it and more. Currently obsessed with it, can’t believe it’s so damn good.

I wish the Goblu track had the game version where the lady sang a part that sounded beautiful

  21. TheRealKetsumei

Yes it is, but since its release I have not seen a single soul talk about a track that is not the title theme or Lumiere. I kinda understand why some people would say they don’t understand the hype when all they hear is someone singing in French. The OST is EIGHT HOURS (8H) LONG. The overworld tracks are awesome, the manor track is awesome, the ocean boss track is awesome, all the ancient sanctuary tracks are awesome… and I’m like not even half done with the game

“Lumière” still stuck in my head 24/7

  23. KingdomOfZeal1

The song when you meet Monocco is just BONKERS

  24. ShadowTown0407

Like seriously, even if you are not playing the game, the soundtrack is on YouTube. Just give it a listen, probably will convince you to buy the game

  25. eldon3213

I actually look that up, the music is awesome

  26. ertd346

Metroid fusion that entire game soundtrack of horror an despair and loneliness plus panic loved it.

Some of them are incredible. Some are fitting for the scene. Some are just ok. They aren’t jarring to listen to, but they don’t stand out much either. The songs that are good are amazing. What I like most about the soundtrack is how different many of them can be.
