You can get the focus property, so if you switch to a different window, it will also detect it…
Best is to use linux or bsd and just open a new tty, switching tty isn’t detectable by the window server, so the browser can’t notice anything…

Careful about screen brightness tho. If say you’re forced to keep the cameras on, test which brightness will be dim enough that the second monitor will be unnoticeable between dark and bright websites.

I took a plc programming course via remote learning about 3 years ago. We had to have a Webcam, and it was suggested that we have two monitors.
I’ve got three, a wide-screen that I use for gaming. And two smaller 24s above it.
I put my projects on the big one. Pdf for instructions on the upper left, and zoom on the upper right.
Teacher accused me of not paying attention because I was always staring off to the upper right of the room when he was talking, and staring to the upper left when he wasn’t.
Grab the Webcam and pan it around my setup, “trust me, you have no idea what’s going on here.”

To stop people from doing that , the testing software said they scan the wifi to see if we are using other devices to search for answers……… I’m sure that deterred some dumbos lmao.

How about having two computers side by side and have 3 monitors. 2 monitors for the main and a single for the other computer. I have a Lshaped desk.
